Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Reading a page and everything the extension shows you is free and needs no account. Signing in only adds the things that cost us money to run: a full site crawl, the six identity questions answered by a real AI model, and one-click fixes.
Does it send my page anywhere?
The first pass runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. To validate schema and check entity signals it sends the structured data blocks it found plus a small summary of counts and true or false flags. It never sends the page HTML, the visible body text, form contents, cookies, or your browsing history. Full detail is on our Privacy page.
Does it give the page a score out of 100?
No. It states findings and verdicts, never a page score. When the site has had a full check before, the extension recalls that site score and always shows its date, with a link to the full report. The extension inspects, the website scores.
How is this different from the free site check?
The free check at aischemagen.com crawls your whole site and scores it. The extension answers a narrower question instantly and for free: what is on this one page, right now, including pages a crawler can never reach.
What permissions does it ask for?
Only the active tab, the ability to read that tab when you click the icon, and local storage. Nothing runs until you open the popup. Broader access, used for the crawler comparison, is requested at the moment you use it and can be declined.
